The short version
- The assessment gives an illustrative estimate from the figures you type in. It is not a forecast, an audit or a promise.
- Case studies describe what happened for those clients. They are not a prediction of your results.
- Nothing on this site is a contract to perform work. Paid work runs on a separate signed agreement, and that agreement wins over these terms.
- The content, frameworks and code on this site are ours. Read and share it; do not republish it or scrape it to train a model.
- Indian law governs these terms, and disputes go to arbitration seated in New Delhi.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using arprconsulting.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept on its behalf, and "you" means both you and that company.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you which version applies, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. For a change that materially reduces your rights, we will say so prominently on this page for at least 30 days.

3. What this site is
The Site describes our services, our method and work we have done. It is information and a point of contact.
- Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to take on work.
- Submitting a form, running the Assessment or booking a call does not create a contract for services and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
- We may decline any enquiry, including where there is a conflict with existing client work.
4. The revenue assessment
The Assessment asks you to set a small number of inputs and returns an estimated range of revenue lost between traffic and transaction. This is the most important section on this page, so it is stated plainly.
What the Assessment is — and is not
It is an illustrative estimate. It applies published conversion and revenue benchmarks to the figures you enter, to show an order of magnitude and start a conversation.
It is not a forecast, projection, guarantee, audit, valuation, due diligence finding, financial advice, or a representation about results you would achieve with us or with anyone.
- We do not verify your inputs. The output can only be as accurate as what you type, and the Assessment deliberately asks for approximate figures rather than exact ones.
- Ranges are not precision. Output is presented as a band because the true number depends on variables the Assessment does not ask about — margin structure, product mix, seasonality, channel mix, pricing, competitive position and your own operations.
- Do not rely on it. You should not make any business, financial, investment or commercial decision on the basis of the Assessment, and we accept no liability for a decision made on it. Get a scoped diagnostic before you act.
- Benchmarks shift. The underlying benchmarks are periodically updated, so the same inputs may return a different estimate at a different time.
- How we handle what you enter is covered by the Privacy policy.
5. Results, case studies and benchmarks
We publish real numbers from real engagements, and we would rather you read them accurately than be impressed by them.
- Case studies are historical. They describe outcomes achieved for a particular client, in a particular market, at a particular time, with a particular budget, team and product. They are evidence of capability, not an indication of what you will get.
- No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, conversion rate, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, ranking, traffic, visibility in search or AI answer engines, or any other commercial outcome, whether on the Site or in any conversation preceding a signed agreement.
- Outcomes depend on things outside our control, including your product, pricing, margins, inventory, site stability, development capacity, sales follow-up, internal decision speed, and the competitive and economic environment.
- Platforms change. Advertising, analytics, search and AI answer platforms change their algorithms, policies, inventory, data availability and pricing without notice, and may suspend or restrict accounts on their own terms. We are not responsible for those changes or their effect on results.
- Third-party data. Benchmarks, market figures and research cited on the Site come from third-party sources believed reliable at the time of publication. We do not warrant their accuracy or that they remain current.
- Where a client is anonymised or described by category rather than name, that is at the client's request and does not change the accuracy of the figures.
6. Not professional advice
Content on the Site is general commercial information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or regulatory advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Where the Site discusses legal or compliance topics — data protection, accessibility, advertising standards — it reflects our practical understanding and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. Get your own advice before you act.
7. How paid engagements work
Paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement — which sets out scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, term and termination, confidentiality, data protection, ownership of deliverables, warranties and service levels.
Which document wins
- Order of precedence
- A signed statement of work, then the master services agreement, then these terms
- In practice
- Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement
- What these terms still cover
- Your use of this website, in every case
8. Intellectual property
All Content on the Site, and the Site itself, is owned by ARPR or licensed to us, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and equivalent laws elsewhere. "ARPR", the ARPR wordmark and the aperture mark are our trade marks.
You may view the Site, print or save pages for your own reference, and quote or link to it with attribution. You may not, without our written permission:
- Republish, redistribute or sell Content, in whole or in substantial part
- Present our frameworks, methodology, diagnostic structure or case study material as your own, or as your organisation's
- Copy the Site's design, code or structure to build a competing or substantially similar site
- Use automated means — scraping, crawling, harvesting — to extract Content, other than search engine crawling that respects our robots directives
- Use Content to train, fine-tune, ground or evaluate an artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to build a derivative dataset, which we expressly reserve
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or attribution notice
Client names, logos and trade marks shown in case studies belong to those clients and are used with permission or as permitted by law. Nothing on the Site grants you any right in them.
9. What you send us
- You keep ownership of everything you send us — enquiries, briefs, data, documents and access credentials.
- You confirm you have the right to send it, that doing so breaches no confidentiality obligation or third-party right, and that where it contains personal data you have a lawful basis for sharing it with us.
- You grant us a limited licence to use what you send for the purpose you sent it — answering you, scoping work, or performing an Engagement.
- Feedback you give us about the Site or our services may be used freely and without obligation, which does not extend to your confidential business information.
- Please do not send us confidential information before a confidentiality agreement is in place. If you do, we will treat it sensibly, but we cannot accept an obligation we have not agreed to.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Site unlawfully, or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system or account
- Probe, scan or test the Site's security, or circumvent any access control or rate limit
- Introduce malware, or anything designed to disrupt or damage the Site or its users
- Submit false, misleading or impersonated information, including another person's contact details without authority
- Use the Site or any contact channel to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or interfere with anyone else's use of the Site
- Use the Site to collect data about other users, or to reverse engineer the Assessment
We may restrict or withdraw access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
If you find a security vulnerability, please tell us at enquiry@arprconsulting.com before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge within 2 business days, we will not pursue action against good-faith research that does not access, alter or exfiltrate data, and we will credit you if you want that.
11. Third parties and platforms
The Site links to and embeds third-party services — sign-in, scheduling, analytics, video and advertising platforms among them.
- We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.
- A link is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a representation about that service.
- Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy notice, and signing in with Google means accepting Google's terms as well as ours.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent the law allows, the Site, the Assessment and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, that the Content is accurate, complete or current, or that the Site or its servers are free of harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, including the Australian Consumer Law, which gives consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where that is so, this section applies only to the extent permitted, and nothing here excludes a right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings or data, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if we were told such loss was possible.
- We are not liable for any decision taken, or not taken, in reliance on the Assessment or on any Content on the Site.
- Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) INR 5,000.
- Liability arising under an Engagement is governed by the limitation of liability in that signed agreement, not by this section.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, your infringement of any third-party right, or any content or data you submit to us that you did not have the right to submit. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, give you reasonable control of the defence, and not settle it without your consent.
15. Availability and changes
- We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee any level of uptime, and we may suspend it for maintenance, upgrades or security without notice.
- We may change, move or remove any part of the Site, including the Assessment, at any time.
- We may withdraw access to any part of the Site from any person at our discretion.
- Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by something outside reasonable control — including infrastructure or platform outage, cyber attack, telecommunications or power failure, government action, civil unrest or natural event.
16. Privacy and accessibility
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We build this Site to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and the Accessibility statement sets out our conformance status, the gaps we know about, and how to tell us if something does not work for you. If any part of the Site is inaccessible to you, we will provide the same information or service another way at no cost.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
- Talk to us first. Before starting formal proceedings, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer below. Most things are resolved here, quickly and at no cost.
- Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved within 30 days will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement between us. The seat and venue of arbitration is New Delhi, India, and the language is English. The award is final and binding.
- Courts. Subject to the above, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Either of us may still seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
- Where you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you a non-excludable right to bring proceedings locally, or to rely on your own local law, this section does not take that right away.
18. General
- Entire agreement. These terms, with the Privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Site, and replace any earlier understanding about it. This does not limit liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent needed, or severed, and the rest stands.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right does not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor of our business, on notice.
- No partnership. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
- Third parties. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
- Survival. Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 17 and 18 survive any end of your use of the Site.
- Language. These terms are drafted in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.
- Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
